- Reset chilled water temperature within clinical limits where permitted
- Correct AHU air flow and filter differential before adding capacity
- Sequence chillers and pumps against actual load profile
Then the rest of the building
- Illumination survey against area-wise lux requirements
- Pumping system assessment for hydro-pneumatic and utility circuits
- DG and UPS loading review to avoid sustained part-load operation
- Sub-metering by block so departments can see their own consumption
